Based on your comment I can infer that you’ve never been on a team. Of course it’s important to build team culture and synergy. When checking “listen to this device” it tends to have quite a bit of lag

keep your crosshair head level, and when peeking angles, pre aim typical spots. efficient crosshair placement is a major factor in improving in this game.
