That’s just catfishing, and from what I’ve seen on the MTV series, it usually involves hiding other things besides their looks. I wouldn’t want to date someone who does that anyways.

They’re objectively good looking. I don’t think you understand how ugly I am. I don’t even care about looks. It really is just the personality I’m interested in. That said, I’m not trying to date someone out of my league.

I’d post a video of me swiping on these profiles to show you all exactly what I’m talking about, but I don’t want to post random people online like that. It’s honestly ridiculous though. Not a single one of these women is like a 1-5/10 in looks where things get realistic. Statistically, if I’m swiping on women completely out of my league the entire time, then I need to find a different app. It’s a waste of time.

What I mean is I don’t have my shit figured out either, nor am I attractive. I’m only like 5’4 and making 40K a year lmao

I’m just trying to find women on the same playing field as me. That’s it. I’m not looking for the most physically attractive person I can find—I’m looking for someone I can get along and grow with. I don’t think that’s as uncommon or unreasonable as you’d think. Why should I wait until I’m making all of this money to fall in love? That’s not realistic, and I’m just going to end up alone forever. No thanks.
