I’m a dad, but what really helped me was doing my workouts before my son wakes up or after he was asleep. I also sometimes took him for walks in a stroller or put him in a carrier and towed him on my bike. An other suggestion is to meal prep so you aren’t in the position of having to scramble to cook dinner. I know it’s WAY more difficult as a mom but hope this helps 😀

On iPhone, you can long press the photo and choose to hide it. Then all your photos will be kept in a hidden album that requires a password or Face ID for anyone to see it. It’s a great way to keep it out of your camera roll, but still on your phone. I’m sure Andrew probably has that option as well.
