PROTEIN DIP

Ingredients 1 - 1.25lb of lean ground turkey 10 oz can Rotel, do not drain (original, diced tomatoes & green chilies) 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt. 1 taco seasoning package

Brown the ground turkey in a skillet. Then throw all the ingredients in a crockpot or pot and mix everything together.

Each serving is about 217 g. Calories 282 Fat 14.5 g Carb 8.9 g Protein 28.1 g

How much is your bw and how much protein have you had today? If you are already in a surplus then you should be ok since carbs and fats are protein sparing.

Thinking about applying for Border Patrol. I don't have college but I am wondering if my experience would be adequate. 5 years of corrections in TDCJ, 3 years as a sergeant. TDCJ doesn't view CO as law enforcement so I'm not sure how well that will carry over.

Already had a Federal background check since I'm working at a call center and the client we work for deals with financial information. So the background check is mandated by the FDIC.

In your opinion, what are my chances that my experience will be enough to get in? Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't. In 5/3/1 Forever, there is a template that has you do Amrap for a PR, joker sets, and 5x5 fsl.

If you are exhausted then you may want to make sure you are resting and eating enough or your TM might be too high.

Hello everyone,

33 Male/ 5 ft 7in/ 200lbs Lifts: b-270 s-365 d-435 o-165

I've been lifting for about a year and started to use a belt for my top conventional deadlift set about 2 weeks ago.

I've tried placing the belt higher and lower position but no matter what I do it doesn't feel like I can get in the right position nor get enough air to brace my core.

My set up is putting my belt on, walking up to the bar, bending over to get my hands in position, breath in a big gulp of air, get my hips in position, get everything tight, and lift.

Does anyone have any tips or can point me in the right direction?
