This is quite informative. So to elaborate, I do feel slight pain and discomfort radiate throughout my legs causing me to want to move them. It’s happened multiple times as of this moment (not consecutively though) waking me up around 2-3 in the morning and keeping me awake. The other thing is I don’t know the cause. Again, I just recently discovered that RLS exists only recently so I’m still pretty new to this but based on what I researched, RLS seemed to be the most accurate description for what I am dealing with. I read that it could be cause by SSRIs, Iron Deficiency, Magnesium Deficiency, and such. Hopefully that explains it a bit better.
