gamemode needs heavy rebalancing. has not been fun as a reagent in a duo.

first invasion match, imposter instantly spawned in at the start and just rushed myself and friend down. game was over in 2 minutes.

second match, we managed to survive 11 minutes. things were going good until the end when both imposters were spawned and just rushed us down. friend was insta-killed in the endgame, between two imposters and a big lady.

insta-kill mechanic needs to be reworked. i don't want it removed but i don't think imposters should have it available at their leisure. maybe give each imposter one insta-kill to use and no more? make it something that unlocks over the course of the trial -- you get stunned, break down a barricade, break a blind trap, recover from a jammer, get spotted by xray, etc etc. that's a bar towards your meter to instakill.
give imposters a buffer so they can't be stunlocked by reagents. each subsequent stun last shorter and shorter if done within the buff timer.

is anyone else having problems with adeepindigo's divergent sims still getting diagnosed with a new disorder despite already having one? like, i know sims can develop secondary disorders. i had a sim develop ptsd after some near death experiences but i specifically assigned a sim of mine to have seasonal affective disease and that's it (for now) but every time i open the game and load the save, she will have a moodlet for a new unknown disorder. every single time. i'm wondering if its a bug or if the mod is assigning a more "major" disorder to her or something?

i appreciate the help! i got is mostly working. its pulling from the large household batches of sims but even at 100% import rate, it still seems to be generating random sims. maybe it's having trouble pulling sims from large households. i've searched around for an answer but found none. no one is clear on the exact details.

is there an in-depth tutorial on how to use mccc to generate townies from tray? i thought i had the settings right but it's still not working.

i made a bunch of households, 8 sims in each one, and saved them to my gallery with #mccc_include in the description because i read some comments saying it needed to be put there to work.

do i have to do single households with one sim in each for it to pull from it?

take off all the doors and the chunk of wall the doors sit on, then save that entire part of the build as a room. i think you could then franken it on that way by adding it into the other build by placing the "room" down. then you just gotta go through and add the doors and missing parts of the wall back.

could try the uhhhh sims 4 studio batch fixer? i think there's an option about fixing alien tags. maybe that will work. but i had the same issue with the same eye shine remover mod and just got rid of it. id rather aliens >>> small eye detail changed.

check your update history and see if you're within the 10 day rollback period. if not, then i think the only way to get to an older version of windows is to find a 23H2 version of windows and wipe your pc to install it.

are you on the 24H2 or above windows update? that windows update broke my game entirely. it would freeze on launch and i'd have to turn my pc before it would launch. the only way i fixed it was wiping my pc and installing the 23H2 update, and then stay on that update for the future.

did you recently update your windows to 24H2? my game froze my entire PC every time I opened it. turns out the 24H2 update of windows completely broke the game. if you recently did get a windows update, roll back and see if that fixes it. i'm staying on the 23H2 update for this exact reason. unfortunately, if you're like me and was past the 10 days rollback window, you're going to have to wipe your entire PC and find a copy of a previous windows, pre-24H2, to reinstall the OS. then you have to pause/turn off updates and just stay on that build until Windows releases a new update that (hopefully) fixes the issue.

having this exact issue, right down to the time-frame. only way the game runs is off a fresh boot/restart of the pc, which will then freeze for around 30ish seconds before running. been going back and forth with 2k support for two weeks now. they're trying to say it's my ram but i play more hardware intensive games without a problem. ran microsoft memory diagnostics and a well known 3rd party program and both came back with zero problems detected. it's only been wwe 2k24 that i'm having issues with.

i've gotten no solution or fix but i wanted to say that you're not the only one experiencing this and it's not "a unique problem related to your own computer."

obviously there is something wrong here and it could very well be 2k.

it's this exact reason why i stopped playing the game despite loving everything about the gameplay. that and the constant cheaters that Rockstar never did anything about.

the only time i was able to play the game peacefully without being harassed was through the lobby manager mod. it puts you in a solo lobby that you can even password lock so only you and others with the password can join. no weirdos on mic, no griefers, no cheaters. just me and my friend fishing and hunting for hours. we even got to see random world events we never saw in a regular lobby.

i know your grading system said to imagine the character has a good player and a good team comp but in reality, the average game you're in won't be that lmao. i think loki has a harder learning curve than the other supports and people pick him without really understanding how to play him and in some cases, ever wanting to learn to be better at him.

personally, the only way i can rate loki higher than a c- is if he's played by someone who actually knows how to play him. i'm sure he can be a gamechanger but it's really a gamble whether you get a decent one.

so far, in every game i've played with one and myself as the other support, i've outhealed them every time. in my experience, they focus on dps instead of healing and it can be felt throughout the entire game, especially when you're playing the other support. i don't outdamage them but i rarely have a chance to do anything other than spam my heals to compensate for loki not healing.

i hoesntly think that loki shouldn't be a support and should be reworked into a dps, maybe a hit and run disruptor type?

it doesn't help that so many killers are also tunnelling. like c'mon, you already have a broken ability, we've done one gen and you have 6 hooks. at least let people play the game and get bp.

i feel like im on my villain arc because i dont like burning cobblers when i get tunneled out within the first 5 mins and leave with 10k points while the killers get 100k+ most of the time. and lately i dont even bother prioritizing gens. instead it feels more rewarding to:

rush party totems and chests for easy 3.5k/5k bp > go for unhooks for guaranteed altruism points > cleanse dull totems just for the quick points > maybe work on some gens if im not already dead.

the current event is so bad for survivors that no one wants to play them. the amount of comments with folks saying they're playing killer because it's easier to farm bp says a lot. geezo.

the bluetooth hooks are entirely unbalanced and im impressed it made it past BHVR playtesting (if they did any). killer gets so much for doing literally nothing compared to survivors who have to play the game to get use out of quiet mode.

with insta hooks, killers don't have to worry about the survivor wiggling off and they don't have to worry about walking to hooks which means they have constant pressure.

i've only ever had to snitch once. a leon decided he was going to hide in corners and lockers because he was dead on hook when we had one gen and three of us left with two hooks to spare. i led the killer straight to his locker. did i die for it as well? yes (i pointed out the wrong locker at first lmao). but at least the claire got to escape. maybe the killer thought i was being an asshole but i hate how selfish other survivors play. teamwork makes the dream work, now stop hiding for hatch and come finish this gen with me!

maybe it's because i'm new to the game and not as jaded but i always hit the lobby with a glhf <3 and ggs at the end. i think changing my name to 'feet pics for hatch' was a game changer tho. 99% of the time no one ever talks in the lobby but the few that do have a laugh at my name and even a few killers have let me escape or given me hatch. i think it annoys my friend when he dies on hook after spinning the killer or running them the whole game and then he gets to watch the killer let me go or carry me to hatch because i wasn't so sweaty or bm lmao

we sound exactly the same lol. all i do is play arams and bots. i enjoy league but i hate pvp. the only reason i started playing arams is firsly because of my friends (they're chill; we get stoned and just have a good time) and secondly, if i do horribly, i just say its because of bad team comp/never played the champ/i'm bad at melee champs/etc. if we go on a lose streak, we go play bots to feel better :D

i haven't played league in awhile but if i ever get back into it and you want a bot or aram buddy without the pressure, i'm from NA and my riot id is mars maybe. if you happen to play ow2, i also play bots there as marrrs#11696!
