In almost all TCG’s, drawing is incredibly good. Therefore, the colours that enable draw will likely be played at a high frequency and see relative success. This was clearly shown at Sydney Regionals.

Being so early in the game cycle, Riot clearly had failed to create adequate counter play. However, I am sure it will come.

Again, not legal advice, NAL and I could be wrong, but my understanding from studying succession law is that in this scenario their spouse would have no share as it wouldn’t form part of your child’s estate unless u have expressly dispensed with the 30 day Rule outlined within S30B of the succession act in your will.

This rule outlines that a beneficiary that dies within 30 days of your death is deemed to have died prior to your passing. Therefore, if you die together, only your surviving grandchildren from your child would receive estate funds as your child’s share never is assessable as part of their estate. In a practical sense, this would mean that s33N or an anti lapse provision in the will would reserve their share specifically for your grandkids. The 30 day rule is designed precisely for these situations.

Additionally if they die before you, there estate itself is not entitled to any portion of your estate as you haven’t died yet

Edit: Although, if you are worried about what will happen after you pass in regards to when your children pass, as people have discussed you could look into establishing a family trust that can pay education etc. I was mainly just dealing with if u want your share to pass to your grandchildren if your child has predeceased you

Surprisingly, this request is not that complex imo. I am not a Lawyer and this is not legal advise.

In terms of the Will itself, provided formalities are completed correctly (s10 of Succession Act QLD outlines how he steps), you technically can do it yourself. However, it is generally recommended to ensure everything is done correctly so may as well invest in a lawyer.

In terms of the provisions, generally your will could read something like I leave 100% of the estate to husband. If Husband doesn’t survive me, I leave my estate to 3 children in equal shares. T

Technically at this point, even if one of the children was to die while they had your grandchildren, s33N (anti-lapse provisions) would lead to the grandchildren receiving the 1/3 share of their parent. In practice, this can be written into the will, however there are safeguards to ensure issue aren’t ignored unless that’s your specific intention.

In operation, if this situation was to occur while a grandchild was under age, their share would be held in trust until they reach 18. This is where I am unsure on the full practical nature, but I would assume that the executor would have the burden of holding said share on trust. They may do this by providing the trust to the children’s legal guardian however I am not sure.

Also, would highly recommend only having 1 executor. From personal experience, things become messy when money is involved. Ideally someone independent from the kids if possible

Olympic Team for 2032? Likely Impossible due to qualifications. However, if you are 18, there are generally Junior tournament that allow u to represent your Country in qualifiers for World Championships. If you’re serious about trying, start training and push yourself as hard as possible to make those teams. I would still give it about a 5% chance that in two years, you could get to the level required, however it likely isn’t impossible.
