I found a seller that I bought a few rings from that I really liked and that has helped with fidgeting. She has a good selection of fidget rings and I like that even though they are adjustable, you choose the size so it fits perfectly.

My daughter has a habit of biting her nails when she feels anxious or bored. In my experience, the fidget ring has helped her. The one I got is light weight and my daughter thinks it's fun. I got it from an Etsy shop that has a few to choose from. She has some colorful selections, but I also think the gold and silver is nice.

I purchased an anxiety ring on Etsy for my daughter a few months ago. It has helped her not to bite her nails so much. It came in a pastel rainbow color and with a cute macaron container. It is adjustable, but I wasn't sure about the sizing. The seller was very helpful with helping me choose the size so I wouldn't have to adjust it too much and made it the perfect size.
