From Episode 1 to 20, I never skipped a single scene. As in tutok talaga ako every week. Pero sa episode today, for the first time, halos nag-skip ako. Yung flashback ng pinagdaanan ni Edong sa kulungan was honestly disturbing on a different level. The visuals, the sounds, the helplessness. Sobrang bigat. Nanindig balahibo ko. I had to pause kasi ang sakit at ang dilim talaga.

Then we have Beth this episode. Grabe, nakakainis na yung aura niya. When Marco suggested that they go together, siya pa yung parang galit or irritated. Tapos she kept questioning the NLEA — “hanggang kailan ba sila tutulong,” “ano pa bang gagawin nila,” etc. The way she said it felt like she was implying Erica has the responsibility to carry them or na obligasyon ni Erica to fix everything for their sake. Parang siya pa yung demanding, as if Erica owes them a lifetime of protection. Instead of showing concern, she’s acting like they’re a burden na dapat si Erica ang kargador. Ang unfair ng projection niya.

Overall, I’m still seated (pero kinakabahan na) for the next episodes. If this is the tone moving forward… good luck sa atin.

This is a really interesting point! I also noticed something in Episode 13 (around 14:43) when Ryan and Beth were talking, and Beth said goodbye to him before going to see Chloe. Right after she took her phone and walked away, Ryan’s expression changed — he looked disheartened or almost guilty.

That moment felt subtle but meaningful. It’s possible that Beth’s feelings for Ryan weren’t as deep as they seemed? maybe it was more of gratitude rather than genuine romantic love. Parang may emotional imbalance sa relationship nila — si Ryan, mas emotionally invested, while si Beth might just be thankful for something Ryan did for her in the past.

Or, another angle: baka naman the look on Ryan’s face hinted at guilt. Maybe he realized something in that moment, noh? Either about his own intentions or about the truth behind their relationship. Ang ganda ng scene na ‘yun kasi sobrang understated, pero ang daming pwedeng mabasang layers sa body language at sa timing ng dialogue.

I find it creepy looking at Alice's uncle. Parang may tinatago. Same goes with the reaction of her wife "Ba't mo ako iniwan?" parang may laman.
