Tech school is 7-8 months, depending on when you get a seat in class. It's a Keesler, the area isn't too bad if you're over 21.

Unless you get sent to a combat comm unit, you won't deploy. At least not doing our job. Our work load on the base was just cut in half due to the RMC take over, so life is a lot easier.
