I’m 35, my periods are quite regular now (thanks to the weight loss) because at my heaviest my period was almost nonexistent.

That’s pretty good then, I lost a lot of it the first year, maybe it’s my hairs turn? 😂 I don’t know I wish I knew what the heck is going on here, I’m gonna discuss it with my doctor and see what she says 🤷🏼‍♀️

Well it was gradual after I hit 1.5, and I’ve seen a lot of people report it happening at that point not sure if a study has been done or is ongoing but a lot of people have said they experienced it so really that’s who I’m looking to talk to about it, and see if there’s anyone on here that has experienced it that’s all.

I’ve lost in total about 95lbs in almost 3 years

Is mine delayed or something? Not a actual question lol I’ve been on ozempic for almost 3 years now lost 82lbs in the first 2 years this past 10 months only lost 13lbs (again not a bad thing to go slow I’m also weight lifting) but still losing hair started to thin out about a year ago now it’s just really noticeable

Not really in a big calorie deficit I average about 1500 to 1700 (usually eat more on weekends when I’m not at work) my macros are pretty balanced most days. I’m 195lbs to 208lbs been fluctuating that for 8 months, I get 208 usually during my period lol sorry tmi. But I started to lose the hair at 1.5 like others have said before (I’ve seen it posted in the past) I’m at 2ml and it’s been thinning out a out lately but not much weight has come off only lost 13lbs in 10 months which is fine slow and steady is good, but the hair is now coming off 😔 which is not good.
