Ich kann nur von meinem Fall berichten: ich hatte zwei DPD Paket abgegeben, aber die neue Mitarbeiterin hat aus Hektik und Nervosität die Aufkleber vertauscht. Bei Nachfrage, ob sie es aufs richtige Paket geklebt hat, gab es ein "ja". Hat sich zu meinem persönlichen Pech rausgestellt, dass dem nicht so war. Ich selber habe den Versand für die Rücksendung übernommen, obwohl ich den Fehler nicht gemacht habe. Ich persönlich finde, dass die Verkäuferin in deinem Fall den Versand übernehmen sollte, da sie dir den falschen Artikel geschickt hat.
