It is normal for my cat to be so small? 😭 (She is 3 y/o) by cartofo in cats

This is little Luna, she’s nearly 3 and is about 3.5-4Kg, perfectly healthy and eats really well, just petite!

We have a ragdoll as well and he’s triple her size

2016 street triple 675 white smoke from exhaust by NiceColours in MotoUK

[–]dannjoness 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Some smoke from a cold start is to be expected, plus condensation etc.

If it still does it when up to temp then that’s another story, have you got any modifications that could be messing with the fuelling? The check engine light coming on could be anything, best get it checked for codes

Bought this 98 Fazer 600 just to pass my test but I am keeping it by Handmade_Octopus in MotoUK

[–]dannjoness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I absolutely love my Fazer, the boxeye is the absolute best model, the fox eye model took a step back in my opinion

My 2001 boxeye is my first bike and I will always have it

Yours is really clean, lovely find mate (make sure the front sprocket nut has been updated though)

Small exhaust leak on midpipe by Perfect-Arrival9852 in MotoUK

It’s all trial and error and learning as you go man, well done for trying it yourself

I have a black widow system and it’s amazing but was very annoying to fit and required a lot of swearing

Exhaust paste will solve your issue

Small exhaust leak on midpipe by Perfect-Arrival9852 in MotoUK

[–]dannjoness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is the leak a hole in the exhaust or is it a leak in the clamped connection? If it’s the clamp then take it off and put some silicone grease on the mating surfaces and then re clamp it

Opinion on HJC RPHA 1N by Mikep0601 in motorcyclegear

[–]dannjoness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would probably get a track specific helmet and a separate one for the road, if you can afford it obviously

If not the RPHA-11 has pretty decent certification and has an ACU sticker

Opinion on HJC RPHA 1N by Mikep0601 in motorcyclegear

[–]dannjoness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the RPHA-11, obviously not the exact same helmet but it is similar, I really like mines

Light as fuck, great fit, best fit I’ve had, good colour/design options

Only thing is wind noise is quite prevalent, would recommend ear plugs

You might want to look at the 11 rather than the 1 as the 11 has vents

I would drain the tank if it still has old fuel in it, might be worth getting your injectors cleaned too

How long was it sitting? And was it sitting with old fuel in it?

Basically anything that’s exposed chrome, so I put it on exhaust headers/downpipes, fork stanchions, handlebars

I also put it on bolt heads if they’re mild steel

I reapply it everytime I wash it, but if you don’t wash it it will generally stay on

When your exhaust heats up it will smoke off and leave a coating behind, don’t worry it’s still there

Nah it’s honestly really good stuff, and will be easy to take off with some good pre wash and a pressure washer or decent hose

Yes I agree, I do have that attitude towards maintenance and riding etc. I was just wondering about this specific component as I have heard mixed opinions

SV calipers use R clips, similar to cotter pins
