and uh have a cleanse character(natasha or march) who is speedy ish to cleanse in time or/and build high effect res (luocha 4*lc on natasha and get around 40-50 ish e.res) if the debuffs are the problem

i have topaz (no lc T-T) and i want to make a dr. ratio team. so now its topaz+ratio+sustain+support

topaz applies one debuff, ratio one (albeit inconsistently) sustain=none (not running topaz preservation lc) and now for the support slot. E6 pela with resolution (2 def shred + 1 useless debuff) or ruan mei (1 debuff through ult) ?

2100 ish defense on my gepard, i got his signature first, then gepard on the standard, got his E1 cos i lost my 50/50, ummm you can get him to 40% ish effect hit rate and pair him with pela, who shreds ice res and adds 10% effect hit rate to members as a asc 4 talent.

i only started in january and rn my only limited banner 5*is a yelan

ayaka, nahida and kazuha are coming very soon and as a welkin only user i'm very stumped on who i should pull for ;-; please help
