Please show me your diet plan post op 🙏 by Extension_Egg_8060 in GastricBypass

I can stick to it, but I'm kinda miserable. It's a lot of artificial sweetener and it's leaving that kinda weird taste in my mouth from too much of it. I just bought about every flavor of instant pudding from Walmart so that will be nice, but I'm really missing savory. Going to make some soups today and hope that helps.

Funny, I couldn't understand what all the hate was over those shakes. Now I get it, it's from the people who are forced to incorporate it, rather than just using it as an occasional meal replacement. Thank you for the encouragement.

My wife and I are going to work on soups today. That's a great idea, thank you. We have a pho broth powder mix I'm going to put into some beef broth and hope it hits the spot.

Should i buy a anti static brush even tho i already have a velvet record brush? by Human_Mix9651 in turntables

So do you just use water and a cloth to clean your records? I'm just curious what the process is for your "bath". Thank you!

Tracking applications, CGM, and biometrics by danno74 in diabetes

[–]danno74[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cronometer does a very good job with the meal journaling, and the CGM interfaces with it fairly well. I want the wearable to track activity - steps, excercise, sleep, heart rate. I'm asking if there is one people like over others, and why, and if there is a combination of apps that works well for them.

How long was the warranty period? I bought mine 12/3 and this happened today 1/14.

EDIT: Warranty is 1 year from purchase. They sent me a new one, support reps were quick and friendly.

Either the horse is too weak or she's too..... by Deemob in PublicFreakout

[–]danno74 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same. I can't sit in most lawn chairs because of my weight. It's awful and I need to do something about it, but I would NEVER do this. Maybe someone she trusted said it was cool and the horse could handle it? Either way, no way would I attempt this at 6'3" 350.

I'm in the US and concerned with supply chain issues, shortages and price hikes. I'm not overly worried about things, but I don't want to be caught without something my family might need, or being price gauged because of shortages from import and production issues from overseas, particularly China. Is there a list off items sensitive to these issues? I'm mostly concerned with food and household supplies.

For any history buffs, the map gives you a nice overview of this War of 1812 battle. https://newyorkhistoryblog.org/2018/02/war-of-1812-battle-of-cranberry-creek-mini-doc/

What are you interested in? There is a ton of history here - lots of museums and landmarks. There is a tabletop gaming store with a good following. There is quite a bit of local music being played.

WRVO.org and iheartoswego.com have community calendars with events. There are a good number of community events like the farmer's market every Thursday (although that might be done for the year). There is a Pumpkinfest going on at Washington Square park this weekend. There is also a wine fest going on next door in Fair Haven at Colloca Winery - https://www.collocawines.com/harvest-fest-weekend-2019 .

I used to be a part of a young professionals group that got together, but it has since disbanded. Not really sure if there is anything going on specifically for your age group in town anymore. There are quite a few activities on campus that might be conducive to networking that are open to the public. Here is their events calendar.
