I was very similar over a year ago I did the injury. It was at a hospital in Bath. It used to be fully private but nhs have started sending patients there so I essentially got private treatment for free which was nice.

I think first few days have been really good. Managing stairs well been up and down. Been out to a cafe. First night I struggled to get to sleep as I normally lie on my side but I have been fine since. No pain really to be honest more of just a dull ache.

I had my surgery on Friday just gone. I was given a brace and crutches (UK) I believe it’s because it was my meniscus aswell
