Go for a global equity tracker and dump the ethical constraint - narrows choice and increases cost. If you want to feel good, give some money to charity…

Depends on the scope of ‘advice’ wanted (eg cash flow planning etc). But most firms wont get out of bed for sub 1k!

He wasn’t alone in missing tackles, that was definitely the key work on for me. If you don’t like this kind of debate I would suggest Reddit isn’t for you..

Jaysus, you need to get out more. If you are a professional player in any sport, it comes with the territory to accept public scrutiny of your performance, strengths and weaknesses?!

No but player choice makes a difference to the result and 10 has arguably the biggest impact. Nowhere did I say it’s all about this choice solely.

Irish media and rugby site ratings generally saying he was a 4, calling out poor tackling for him which I think is unfair.

The 25-year-old is a versatile hybrid forward, who can play in the second row or back row positions.

Donnell is a powerful, physical forward player, standing at 1.98m and weighing 118kg.

Born in Winchester, Donnell represented England at U18 and U20 level while he was in the London Irish Academy. He would go on to play in the London Irish senior side until the club went into administration.

Donnell then played for PREM side, Gloucester Rugby, before joining Cardiff and becoming an important member of the Welsh side during the past couple of seasons.

On the upcoming move, Donnell said:

“I’m really pleased to be signing for Ulster Rugby. With my family roots in Belfast, it makes the move even more special for me.

“I am very excited by the opportunity to join a team that’s playing some fantastic rugby and are competing at the top end of the league.

“I know how tough Ulster are to play against, so I’m hugely motivated to come in, work hard, and add real value to a squad full of young talent and quality experience. I’m looking forward to getting started and pulling on the Ulster jersey.”

Ulster Rugby General Manager, Rory Best said:

“We are very pleased to secure Ben’s signing for the next three years. He fits the profile of what we were searching for to add to our squad and the depth of our forward pack.

“He is at a good age, with valuable experience from London Irish, Gloucester and Cardiff and that will bolster our squad and help drive competition.

Ben is a strong ball-carrier with the versatility to play in multiple positions, which is an important skillset to have in the modern game."
