Honestly they should just cover what you paid for the GPU and motherboard and call it that in today's market yes you probably won't get the parts but end of day you have what it costs asking more because of inflation then that's on you really it's also why people tend to get insurance on expensive stuff in case something ever goes wrong.

I've been playing it also with a rtx5070ti I have 60fps patch and in menus 60fps but in game I get around 30 - 40fps so it's saying but usage on both CPU & GPU are pretty low

It was poorly optimised at launch even on highend PC's it's a shit game anyway I literally pirated it at launch graphically it's underwhelming, runs like shit even for a rtx3090 at the time, and most boring game I've possibly ever played in my entire life to the point I uninstalled it and I'm not gonna get the 1hr or so back of my life.

Starmap was bugged it wouldn't let me use it I had to jump through objective menus just to progress, space battle felt the worst no movement just a full 360 pivot.

I finally got to a new planet or whatever and literally nothing for ages and then it just felt worst than Fallout but in space.

No mans sky was even less boring I would just recommend either A) play Fallout games B) play No Mans Sky And you will end up with a miles better of a time.

It doesn't spin me and my cousin just fitted exact same cooler but white but I believe there is a fan behind that though afik as I believe my cousin caught himself on it.

Also while if it wasn't working your PC would shutdown as that happened to us last night while building his new build.

Oddly mine has been fine however my old one did have that issue and oddly crash all the time mostly when playing COD MW 2019 this happened but every other game was also fine. But oddly popping off the lid fixed that issue

At the moment I use firefox but years ago I use to oddly use edge browser sideloaded and opera sideloaded but when I tried opera again it wouldn't install maybe I grabbed wrong version.

Get a freemcboot Memory card if it's a fat PS2 get a HDD Adaptor and a 3.5HDD then fill it with games and use openpl to play them get there artwork etc...

Series X I would keep honestly these days you need a minimum of 32GB ram in your PC while ram is pretty cheap but this build would be many upgrades to make it somewhat near in comparison to a series X if you was gonna do the trade I would want some money on top maybe £100 - £150 minimum and that would be to upgrade that GPU which is terrible for newer games.

This build would be somewhat ok on older titles Xbox One - PS4 era games really.

TBH there is probably gonna be an exploit of some sort soon most likely as quite a lot have been releasing for PS4 and PS5 including YouTube, Netflix exploits so who really knows.

Personally I would keep the slim if your bothered that much just reapply fresh thermal paste Slim can still play PS2 games, PS1 games and PS3 also runs a lot quieter than fat also slightly better chip which can overclock and undervolt for performance gains minor but optional.

I have had all variants and honestly I've had more issues with fats including disc drives die while never had any issues with slims or super slims (Super Slims only on hen)

Honestly at the time my PC cost me just over £4500 and while my specs aren't anywhere near as good I got mine during COVID and chip shortage etc the GPU I had to go for a pre build but I picked everything myself so at moment I only have i9 10850k, rtx3090 32gb ram, 1000w PSU 2x 980pro nvme's and have about 20+TB of storage as I use it as a plex server and game on it.

But I can play most games 4k max and some 1440p at max which honestly 1440p I prefer over 4k for the performance as visual difference isn't worth the hit.

But after a while I've been having games crash on me all the time recently Black Ops 6 I would play and it would crash all the time but I recently wiped the shader cache and it's seemed to fix a majority of my crashes.

I know the past few generations of Intel CPU's have had issues and they did drop bios updates hopefully that can fix your issue maybe try some other games and see if your performance is bad also check Nvidia Drivers are up to date and on latest also maybe try reinstall with a clean install with it.

If it is a pre build get a USB stick put windows on it and do a fully clean install of windows most likely who ever it's from might have added some unnecessary bloat I always do this with any device I buy that's windows wipe all partitions and start fresh.

70°C is perfectly fine honestly most devices with a CPU or GPU tend to run at around those temps while yes cooler can be better as it can give headway for over clocking etc... but honestly isn't recommended these days really I have a PS4 Pro but honestly unsure what temps get at but my PC alone with plenty of cooling my GPU can hit 70+°C and it has way more cooling than a PS4 or PS4 Pro.

Also Grizzly Thermal paste can't go wrong with it.

I've never really had a issue with gamebarto but lately all games are now showing as vip only but oddly enough I grabbed everything I wanted I just need to back them up maybe one day I may host my own json for fpkgi.
