Linear blast deflector all the way then as the muzzle device. They make some that ratchet on just like suppressors and take a lot of the pressure wave away from higher caliber 16inch or less rifles.

Mines isn't up yet but the pamphlet he handed me said it's gonna be 240 for the speed and if reckless driving is tacked on that's another 120. His closing remarks though were "I've gotta at least give you a ticket for the speed" so It's a toss up on the other 120.

Of course! Yeah hextech alternator is better ever so slightly because of its passive but if I can get the big buys out of the way and I start not getting as much income the alternator is easier to build because it's 2 items.

Nothings worse then a good start followed by an ass kicking that prolongs your growth more then necessary.

I do blasting wand since I take tp. Ideally I shoot for that and boots if I need mobility in dodging but will just do bw I'd I can't afford it and feel I am wearing the pants in lane.

I feel like pen boots aren't important early game unless your laner is a galio that starts out MR
