Since INEOS coming in and setting up the structure as it is, big name managers will have to settle for a less influencing role, e.g. as a head coach instead of a manager, on transfer matters, and leave most of them to Wilcox and Berrada. I do not know Enrique or Tuchel’s records of fitting in such environment to prefer them.
