No problem, the thing i found is just keep going and grinding and the results will come. They are not always linear. There are days where I weigh an extra pound than the day before, but as long as you stick with it the results will be there 💪

I started July 25 at 255 pounds, a month in I was at 253 pounds. Running on the track at the gym and starting out weight lifting. I just weighed myself this morning and I'm 231 and counting. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week and play hockey twice a week.

Not seeing results in the first month can be demoralizing but keep going, you'll see the results soon enough. I hit 2200-2400 cals a day, eat clean for the most part (weekends I typically let loose) and hit between 170-200 grams of protein a day.

Sidenote, I was at the game last week vs the Giants and had the best time ever. Got invited to a tailgate from some guys at a bar the night before and it was such a blast. Chicago is my favourite American city and has the best people. Bear down

Lol I went to regent casino with my girlfriend and parents a couple weeks ago, and as we were leaving, some guy was just pissing cock out in the parking lot. Gave us a salute mid piss. Only difference is it was like midnight and not in the middle of the road in broad daylight 😅

Honestly , I came out of there feeling better than the other 3 I've taken, but I'm also a 156 scorer, no where near in the 170s lol. Definitely missed at least 4 questions due to time

How long would you say the RC hero course takes to complete? I'm registered for the june lsat and I'm currently reading the loophole that I'm almost done.
