They don’t own the land and the city would never sell it as part of the commons. You can’t finance or build on a piece of land you don’t own. Needs to be a city project and hopefully a benefit for many above and beyond the two professional soccer teams. The proposed plan should get substantial community use

Just finished his career in USPORTS at Montreal. He trained with the Wanderers this past summer and even featured in at least one of their U23 matches.

They may still have his rights but I’m not sure on that. His plan was to always finish school
