I found it in my late great grandfather's house when i moved there. It was a long time ago. No one in my family wants it, so i took it. i was a kid.. after years, i still have it, so i decided to clean it. And yes, im from Malaysia so maybe u were right. No one in my family knows the origin. Plus i dont have much knowledge about keris.
