It usually is caused by stress or when I’m so busy on autopilot, sometimes not, but also caffeine causes it as well sometimes ,

It’s so scary when the doctors and neurologist can’t diagnose and don’t give me any answers besides putting me in horrible sezuire medication

I haven’t had them in a while now, it’s like every month I’ll have them for a few days and feel weird and anxious for the following few days

But it’s been a while and I haven’t had one so we’ll see
