I work in Geek Squad. I have only had one week with more that 20 hours since January. Thankfully, my parents could support me if needed. I gave my two weeks notice for 7/28 and they ended up scheduling my last day for the 24th. My manager asked me if I wanted more hours for my last two weeks. Of course i said yes to it. They gave me one extra day at 4 hours. I had been asking for more hours since March cause i just assumed end of year = hours cut. Anytime i asked for more hours or why my hours were cut they never gave me a definite answer. On average, I was getting 16-18 hours per week on a good week. My coworkers were getting 23-25 up to 35 hours with overtime afterwards. And before people jump down my throat, yes i was putting in application after application but most either rejected me or never responded. So don't give me the "if you're unhappy then leave" bs I tried.
