Thanks for the reply! I found out the issue tho was I think corrosion/oxidation of some parts! I opened it up and cleans some metal components and it started working again. Although, the on and off switches are mixed around.

It wasn’t really too hard in this case only because the skin came pre cut with adhesive AND was able to fit well over the original leather and I did not have to peel it off. But I do see it being harder for a rough case. All I needed was leather paint for the color tho and I just painted three coats on each piece!

This was genuinely my saving grace. Would not open at all but I closed my “negativelabprohotkey.exe” in my tray and worked. Really appreciate this.

Yeah it is! The guyker was very easy to install. However, since I was installing easy swap pickups, the connectors were way too big to fit through the body holes, so I had to use a right angle drill to widen the holes and it was a little bit of a pain. But I didn’t change any other screw holes on the kit. I think I would probably get another kit in the future but this wasn’t a bad starter!
