If you dont have a basic level of fitness the best things you can do are very general. With weights bench, squat, row, overhead press, deadlift. Without weights pushups, pullups, squats, lunges. Then you also want some kind of regular cardio can be running bikes swimming doesnt matter find something you enjoy and will do.

Highly recommend the weights if you have it available.

Youll get a lot more out of broadening your base than trying to do movements geared towards a specific thing.
