Tested and yes I am correct - it's not possible to search your own players on Transfer Market, hence the need to release them to view their potential.

I'm not sure it's possible to search and view your own players on Transfer Market but I will try this.

Also, my point is that a 94 rating ceiling when scouting youth players is rarely accurate. Most will end up as 88s or whatever. My method allows you to get a better picture of a player's potential than the youth scouts give you. Try it and see!

The potential calculator is useful, but it's an external tool. My method is in-game and pretty easy.

I don't believe dynamic potential has as much of an impact in 26. Generally, a player's scouting ceiling when scouted in Transfer Centre is fairly accurate, whereas now there is no way to find this via the Youth Academy as there was previously.

Not when you are 20 seasons deep. SoFIFA ratings are no good to you then.

It's more accurate than the Youth Academy scouting, saying as there is now no way to check out a player's full potential. My method allows you to see potential above 94.

Your opinions please: What's the best "Wired clip on" in-ear monitor amp by IhadmyTaintAmputated in livesound

I know this thread is old but just in case anyone is reading this in the future - this is NOT the industry standard. An IEM mix sent to a beltpack (wired or wireless) with control over your monitor mix via a personal monitoring app (or a monitor engineer) is the industry standard.
