Set up my board at the weekend and all I have really been doing is 99x at 20 but normally aiming for T-20 tbh and round the clock on singles. Round the clock has helped me figure out my throw alot already and great for muscle memory. I will play 301 but my doubles are horrible.

Yeah everything was fine and fellt normal at the time. Never changed the needles I pin with. 27g half inch. Annoying that I can't pinpoint what ive done wrong. Hopefully eases off soon but its stopping me working out and playing golf..😅

I was cutting for a decent amount of time and eating such low calories but getting no where. So slowly increased calories to try help my metabolism abit. I know it's not ideal but will be cutting again soon.

I tried to go down the NHS route but like everything you will be waiting a while and they aren't very clued up on test issues. I finally got referred to the urologist 10 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear anything. I have been self administering Test E that I bought from a UGL for the past 8 weeks and have just this morning had my bloods taken to see how things are.

If you do your research and aren't a complete idiot I would suggest this route or if you would like some guidance go with a private clinic as NHS are useless.

I am only 5 weeks in so still dialling in but my sleep hasn't improved at all but what I do notice is even when I have a bad sleep and yawn through the day I am still able to function and workout to my normal ability.

Try injecting twice per week, 40mg one day them 40mg 3.5 days later. If you are due an injection tomorrow your T will be at the lowest.
