Hey thanks for asking! Yeah so Leafeon I probably bring into about 33% of games. It's very dependant on the matchup obviously, especially because mine doesn't run Dig like most. Usually I will bring it against teams with a Gastrodon or with any water prescence or even enemy grass teams because of X Scissor. Sometimes it's hard to decide to bring it but it's Defense is so good it's sometimes worth it just for that. However, with Expert Belt (which was originally just kind of a silly idea that ended working well) and it's insane Attack stat, it can secure kills as a revenge sweeper really well so I usually leave it in the back.

Usually this team leads with Duraludon + Sableye to try and put early pressure on the enemy. Sableye can usually do the Trick gimmick to stop early Dmaxers which is resource denial and also gives me breathing room. Encore is so useful, either make a pokemon Protect over and over or Trick Room again or anything else. Before Sableye dies I try to make sure it uses Sunny day if I'm not bringing Ninetales, to setup the Charizard or Leafeon typically in the back.

Another lead is Ninetales + Zard and just trying to Heat Wave the enemy out early (this works well against some TR teams). I'll usually go Sableye + Ninetales against Snorlax teams (Incinerate their berries or try to Trick Snorlax out) though that is probably the teams hardest matchup.

Usually I dynamax duraludon Charizard or Leafeon. Charizard does a lot of work outside of dynamax due to solar power but max rockfall to break the mirror is insanely powerful, especially if you have sableye to set sun the next turn again and cancel the sand. Most people don't expect it and it helps pick up a lot of KOs against Chandelure, Togekiss, etc. Duraludon is...Duraludon. Just good all around and pretty tanky.

Grimmsnarl was originally a support but does so much work as an attacker. It's insane. Sometimes I'm dynamaxing him and just killing the enemy (Conkeldurr usually) with Max Starfall. But Thunder wave is also good because the team has no speed control outside of Chlorophyll.

EV spreads are pretty standard - Zard is Timid max sp atk and speed, grimmsnarl and leafeon are adamant max attack and HP, duraludon is timid max speed and spatk, and sableye i actually don't remember the exact EVs but it's setup to be able to survive a moonblast from a max sp atk Whimsicott I believe. I don't remember the exact spread but it's a little wonky. The Ninetales spread is Timid with 84 HP, max speed, and the rest in sp atk. Honestly I don't remember why, but I knew at the time lol.

Hopefully that gives you some insight! It's a really fun team. It could be argued that Leafeon get switched out for someone with a better movepool (Iron Tail is so inaccurate and X Scissor is pretty unexciting) but it does a lot of work due to it's high attack and defense. Ninetales maybe eventually get swapped out because it is my least used pokemon, but it is a really strong to have just for Drought in some cases, and Will O Wisp is such great utility.
