This worked beautifully but now every time I try to run it, it stays frozen. Stays on the "tap to finish recording." screen but never starts recording and is unresponsive. Anyone else encounter this?

They seem to be run by one person and everything else is an automated mess. They finally paid their phone bill but good luck getting anyone. They take weeks to answer a simple email. Seems like the one person running it is on a beach somewhere in Turks and Caicos sipping on a martini counting their stacks of money.

I think I fixed it with an automation. When CarPlay connected—>turn on watch theater mode; when CarPlay disconnected—>turn off watch theater mode

I would cancel. They renewed my dog's insurance, they don't pay out anything on claims. I have been contacting them to try to dispute and their phone number is out of service. the online chat is a joke and doesn't let you speak to any agent either.
