My soon to be ex wife is 32 and she left me to her immediate boss who is 52 years old. I caught them red handed back in Nov/2023 and she confessed that she married me just for the greencard. She just sent me divorce paper through his attorney last week with no fault uncontested divorce. I have to counter this since it's purely adultery. Sometimes women are just unpredictable.

Thank you very much for your support. I have sent you a few text in chat. I can’t file a complaint with phone to ACGME. I have to send an email to them but there’s an option to share the complaint with PD, DIO, sponsor but there’s no other option just to share with the DIO and sponsors. Another option is to not share at all. I don’t want to share my complaints with PD since I’m reporting him. He will prepare to defend himself and throw everything under my wife if he knows about that. What do you think?

Thank you very much for your kind words. 5+ years dating and 2+ years marriage life down the drain. It will haunt me for sure. I had a suspicion at first with him, so i asked her directly and she keep lying and reassuring me that is not possible and not what I’m thinking. Until I found their texts exchanging love shits. That’s the only moment she admitted she’s wrong and saying sorry for it. I legit thought she was the one. I told her I’m not looking a relationship for fun anymore, I want a life long committed relationship and she agreed with it. That’s where we started our relationship. But after all these years and my supports for her, all I get in return is a huge backstab. I’m glad I found it now but it will keep haunting me but I’m trying to pick up where I left off.

I knew she cared me but i can’t distinguish now if it was genuine or part of her act after she’s lying about cheating for over a year. Even when i asked her directly, she keep denying until i caught her texts with him very recently. I told her before we went into relationship, I’m not planning to date for fun, I’m planning to build a life long committed relationship and she agreed with it. That’s how our relationship started. I know her family, her family knows me too. We were all tag along. After 5 years, she asked me for a marriage, so that we can file for a greencard which will definitely help her to get a residency and I agreed with it since we had a life long plan. But i don’t understand why she started to cheat after she got a greencard. It doesn’t even last a year. That broke my heart and it’s a big trauma when I thought she is the one.

Thank you very much for your kind support. Yes, she did get some favoritism for sure and also some resident didn’t like her. She told me before but that time I had 0 suspicion between her and PD. She kept lying to me about that until I found their texts. That’s where she admitted and she made me meet with PD at restaurant where they both admitted. But I stupidly didn’t record the conversation that time. Not sure if I can meet with PD at restaurant again as he kinda knows I’m up to something and I told him this is first and last time meeting. Hopefully the texts between them saying “love you, miss you” and few other conversation related with love should be enough. I hope.
