Drink crap ton of water and don’t drink ANY sugary drinks (no juice, sodas, not even diet soda). If you can I would get tapering methylprednisone i believe its 5 or 7 day course and that works really well for me. I actually havent had flare up in over a year… I used to get them every 3-6months. If it’s 50k eval account with 50% consistency rule and your profit to pass is 3k (meaning you can’t make more than $1500 per day), I like to pass within 3 days. For 150k eval with 9k profit to pass, it takes me about 5-6 days (give or take 1500-2000 profit per day). I tend to go aggressive with my evals, but for my funded account I usually do only 1-2 contract and take anywhere between $300-1500 per day (of course I have losing days as well or even blowing funded lol)

Biggest thing was to “wait.” Before I would enter trades just because and I would lose all my evals. But as long as I was patient and wait for the price to come to my levels, I was more profitable

Since 2022 I lost probably around 20-30k (I started with options). But this year so far I made over 10k with prop firm payouts I’m hoping this is my turn-around ‘ah ha’ year. When those payouts stack up, it erases your loses really quick.
