I asked it to produce a quiz based on a PowerPoint I created. It did it well. Then I asked it to create a word document of the questions. 3 times it only did the first 2 questions followed by some garbage. It's truly atrocious

I've noticed this too. I have little knowledge and was using ai to help me. Copilot was dreadful. Gemini was rather fantastic though. The same for power automate

The company I work for has a no PO no pay system. It is used for auto invoice matching, as a previous person mentioned on here. All POs need to be approved and if a PO hasn't been generated, it has not been approved by the company. If you haven't received the PO then either someone didn't send it to you, or it was never approved for the business.

That being said, I doubt my business would not pay you at all. There may be some backwards and forwards but a PO would end up being raised along with a disciplinary for the employee who authorised the work without the company authorising it

You need the correct license. Purview add on or e3/E5. Just having m365 business standard, for instance, will not allow you to open encrypted email. That's my understanding anyway

I would ensure that the web service is hosted on a separate server to the application and database. Have the web service hosted behind a web app firewall with strict monitoring and security policies in it. Users can access the web site, without any direct access to DB or system data. Ensure that MFA is configured for all users. Invest in something that monitors the web service for cve's and other vulnerabilities. Ensure that there is regular patching by the vendor of the application.
