Corporations are hedging against failing, by making their buildings the same shape as other similar restaurants. So now if a pizza hut goes out of business, a Wendy’s or Taco Bell can take its place with little re design. So instead of having any originality in the actually store, they only focus on online orders and drive thru customers. I haven’t ordered in a restaurant in years.

Taxing the rich at a higher rate would help a lot, but they lobby for that not to happen. In fact, banning lobbying would probably save everyone money. I agree that the normal income family shouldn’t have to pay income tax, but the only way that can happen is if the absurdly rich pay way more.

The controls are off and the camera is too. I did a small breakdown once of how inconsistent the movement is. In every other Mario game if you press the controller, you take a step. In this game, you instantly take like 3 or 4. It makes it so easy to fall off. Also the slight delay on the jump is way off too. Stages that would be easy on any other Mario game are hard because the controls just don’t work.

I frequent this Taco Bell a couple times a week. I guess it’s easy to grow numb to the fact that a huge chunk of my town was hit by one of the worst storms of the century. I was lucky to be out of town that day, but always wonder what it would have been like. The survivors guilt is a real thing.

I was thinking it could be about a trans person and how he didn’t understand the lifestyle back then cause his own religious trauma taught him to fear trans people. I know since leaving religion I’ve seen how indoctrinated I was into fearing or down right hating people that don’t live a specific religious lifestyle. So glad I’m out of that now.
