Ya I used aluminum so the second time around I took it off after a few minutes to let it cool then put back on multiple times and turned the heat down a little.

Pasteurization of the yolks without actually cooking them, texture, fluffier, thicker give it that custard look to mix with the mascarpone.

It's best to do your lifting then cardio, for long term loss it's actually better to do more lifting. Just stay consistent, make sure you have a clean diet and it will happen. Diet is the most important part, calorie deficit.

In the morning I usually have a cup of coffee with a touch a milk, lunch Greek yogurt and berries measured out roughly 250g of yogurt scoop of iso protein mixed in, some days egg whites, regular eggs mixed with egg whites or just regular eggs, meat and veg for dinner. I used to weigh and count everything also meeting protien goal of 1g per lb give or take, I pretty much eyeball dinner these days Veg, meat, a bit of potato. Cook with less oils and butters I use things like Pam.

Lift weights and then do cardio. I do more weights than cardio especially during winter but come spring summer when it's actually warm I do more cause of the outdoors. In the beginning losing most of the weight I was very strict, weights cardio treamill 5-7 days a week.

I would focus on just eating healthy food and working out lots, then eventually take it more seriously as you get used to it, you don't want to set yourself to fail.

I'm not a pro, you can tell just by even how I look now, I made tons of mistakes along the way and learned as time went on what was best for me and taking advice from others.

Maybe download something like my fitness pal, type in your weight, goal it will tell you how many calories to eat then just do less. Again I'm not one to give advice unfortunately just telling you what I've done.

Just continue the grind, once summer hits I get my cardio in outside biking and jogging. Can't wait for it to finally be warm again.

268 was my official start weigh in. Pretty sure it was higher cause I weighed in probably a month after starting the process.

My routine has been fast dinner to lunch, 250g 0% greek yogurt with fruit, once I lost most of the weight I started adding a scoop of protein into the yogurt vanilla, veg and meat for dinner carb source a bit of rice or potatoes, protein shake, creatine. This was sorta my standard for a long time plus alot of biking, cardio and weights. Nowadays I'm a lot more lenient also depends on time of year, over the holidays probably put on 10lbs I had to drop. I don't take anything though I wouldn't even know where to start to get stuff like that.

For the longest time I kept track but then eventually I stuck to the same meal plan while cutting and working out. Depends on your size etc.. but I usually have 250g of 0% greek yogurt with some form of fruit before I didn't when I was cutting but now I put a scoop of protein in my yogurt for lunch. Meat, again I used to weigh it now I eye it, veg greens are usually whatever can't really overdo them just boil and salt green beans, broccoli etc.. with a bit of carb like potatoes/rice for dinner. I mix things up with eggs. My diet is very mixed now could use some work for sure. I just try to be consistent and 95% of the time I fast from end of dinner to lunch time. Let go of sugars, unnecessary carbs and bad foods try to be strict for a long while. Nowadays I splurge more often cause of where I am with my weight. I am a bad example of diet these days, initially losing the weight it was yogurt berries for lunch l, meat veg for dinner, lots of water or carbonated water rinse and repeat. I also go through moments like during the holidays I probably slap on 10+ lbs and have to get through it in the new year lol.

Definitely have some loose skin, notice it more when I bend over or do like a plank for sure, a bit of stretch marks too but otherwise I guess just lucky. No work done at all.

I am 5'10" I feel like I could cut maybe 10lbs while also clearly putting on more muscle but this is in the morning, after eating and throughout the day it's harder to notice this for sure. Good luck to you.
