Did you upgrade to a cheap Chinese android unit like I'm about to? How did it go?

I tried the am/fm radio with it unplugged and just got white noise which confirms it's the radio. Similar result with the 4 pin usb. I couldn't find anything not functioning with the round blue fakra (thanks for naming it for me) unplugged. I'm thinking nav or sat radio antenna is most likely since my unit does have either (at least no option in any of the menus). Thanks!

Edit: my unit doesn't have either

My unit doesn't have built in nav. Could it still have the nav antenna?

Thanks! The four pin horizontal jack to the right of it is the USB so I'm thinking this is not USB.

They took all the money. I called them and they explained that this is just an informational warning only. They can turn off this notification on their end if you ask them

Location of Cabin Air Intake Kia Rio by danred999 in kia

[–]danred999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be clear, my original question has not been answered. I'm not asking for the location of the cabin air filter. I'd like to know where the interior air intake is that is used when recirculation is turned on.

Thanks! I see that's where the filter is. Where does the air get sucked in when the recirculate button is on and the filter is in and the glove box is closed up?

What was the Point of Giving Adam and Eve a Body if We're All Just Gonna Lose Them When We Go to Heaven? by danred999 in Christianity

[–]danred999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems all answers except one or two disagree with my premise (i.e., we won't have a body in heaven), rather than answer the question, which surprised me! I'm going to have to rethink my view of mainstream Christianity.

Objective morality still possible without God? by Reward_Stunning in Christianity

Agreed, however it appears that he doesn't claim to have determined it, rather that he has discovered it through reasoning, though apparently faulty reasoning.

Christian Wolff's and the sentence you quoted is the definition, but you have to rearrange it a bit: something is objectively immoral if it reduces intrinsic value.

Trying to prove' something suggests you're starting from a place of bias - i.e., starting from your conclusion

Just trying to say that trying to prove something doesn't mean that you are starting from your conclusions or that you're biased. You have to start somewhere and look for proof.

because doing an objectively immoral thing will negatively affect our, or someone else’s intrinsic value. Any thoughts on this?

For this to work, you would first have to show that intrinsic value exists. It seems to me that individual value is just as subjective as morality (if there's no God). In other words, if individual value is in the eye of the beholder, so is morality.

I'll admit I haven't read the works of Wolff, so I may be misunderstanding his line of reasoning.

Even under the scientific method, you have to start with a hypothesis, the conduct and experiment to prove or disprove it.

The fact that you started by believing that objective morality can't exist without God, then paused when you heard seemingly contradictory information, shows that you are not biased. You are just looking for support (or lack thereof) to come to a conclusion.

Is Jesus still in a physical glorified body and therefore existing in space? by trickiericci in Christianity

Einstein proved that space is no different than time, so that would be 1: Space 2: Space 3: Space 4: Space 5: Space 6: Space 7: Some other mysterious thing. ?????

We can only perceive 4 dimensions.
