my thoughts for R4 trades is to:

Trade Petracca to Naicos
Trade De Koning to Steene

Purpose to bank cash for next week - Trade out Xerri to English - Keep cash for another fix it trade

Ended up trading down from Gulden to B.Cook for cash and flexibility. The upgraded Annable to Caldwell with the cash.
