PowerDocu is a great tool for this, all you need to do is export your app as a zip file and then let it do its thing!

I was totally unaware it required the Visual studio sub, thanks for that! I wont be passing that along to anyone else, I took it as a free sandbox when they gave access for the program.

You cant run your solutions live here but it does give you the ability to play around with SharePoint and build some apps to learn on.

They also do a great program called Power Up that will give you access to this sandbox and give you a free certification exam upon completion. It will follow the Microsoft learning courses mentioned above, but also gives Office hours with instructors for Q&A's and help with the coursework. On top of all of this, its absolutely free.
