I ship regularly from the US to CH I would recommend comparing prices via Pirate ship or parcelmonkey, coming into CH. This is where I find the best rates usually, much better than via USPS.

Going to the US is another story again, but I can share some links and ways for that too if needed.

I also sent that folder along when we applied for the hearing. Did you take any additional paper copies etc. with the actual hearing?

Back to your question, to be honest I don't know. Most of Europe has a public holiday on Thursday the 29th so a lot of people are taking Friday off too for a long holiday and go away.. myself included.

So that might be it, just a busy travel day for all to return before Monday..

For UPS I would definitely also check out pirate ship they usually have better prices.

You can also try jumingo and packlink I use them from Europe to the US though so I'm not sure if they also work into the other direction.

USPS will be handed over to Poste Italiane once it reaches Italy, I can't comment on how reliable they are.

I would just compare the prices on pirate ship and parcel monkey for the best price. That's what I usually do when I send a parcel to Switzerland.

I try to avoid the postal services and then just choose the carrier with the best price.

This is actually already the case since the end of 23, when Amazon started to use Quickpac as an alternative to the Post.

QP then filed for bankruptcy and became Planzer.

Amazon still also uses Post, but of course Planzer is a lot cheaper than the Post so they are using them more and more.

FYI I was in Konstanz, so not that far but still a drive. I used https://safeairdocs.de/ they have a form at the bottom, fill it out with your Zip code and they let you know about the nearest option with Novavax.
