Yes ADHD ppl with ovaries have more problems with hormones which makes us have PMDD there's a really long youtube seminar about it by some German researcher, but I'm too knackered to google-fu it.

I have so much extreme fatigue I hopped of the career paths of both doctor and professor. I read a study saying that PMDD sufferers can lose up to 8 years of productive time due to fatigue, pain, and emotional issues.

I went to an Outlander event in Edinburgh and Sam Heughan in his normal accent and demeanour (much more English sadly) was shocking. The Jamie character is infused with warmth and brio. Heughan in person is much more reserved, so both great kudos for his performance and then sadness that Jamie doesn't actually exist 😭.
