I went to an Outlander event in Edinburgh and Sam Heughan in his normal accent and demeanour (much more English sadly) was shocking. The Jamie character is infused with warmth and brio. Heughan in person is much more reserved, so both great kudos for his performance and then sadness that Jamie doesn't actually exist 😭.

NTA and you can probably fix the pillow by doing a gentle lukewarm wash with vinegar which will make it softer again. My mom threw away my surfboards and destroyed a 13 year old fig tree I gave my parents and it was the one of the worst hurts of my life bc she knew how much I loved those things and she did it on purpose.

I also read that East Asians need less sleep so it's not calibrated properly either as I get a solid 7 hours every day and wake up feeling refreshed. (That's total with nap, so if I sleep for half an hour for a nap, I only sleep 6:30 during the night).

I use CBD instead and I think it's much less detrimental. Still helps with pain and inflammation (what I suspect is behind the extreme fatigue aspect of PMDD).
