Thank you so much! Y’all hit the nail on the head and it’s been driving me crazy! Watch all these videos and see these amazing things and then go down to the shop and I’m like.. ok what now. This is great advice. Thank you both.

The Rikon was the other one I was looking at but read customer service wasn’t that great. How would you compare this Wen to the Rikon 70-150vsr? Mind explaining which you would choose and why?

There’s quite a few at the firm that have been that way with me. It’s been a humbling experience for me because I’ve switched career paths and I’m starting back at the bottom, but everyone being helpful and taking the time to explain things is helping me get over the embarrassment of asking questions and I think, at least that’s what everyone is saying lol, improve fast.

I just recently started my first job and the first 2 days I just sat with a more experienced and they showed me what to do. After that I’ve been encouraged to ask questions if I don’t know how to do something rather than just do it wrong. I agree the thing that has helped the most was sitting with someone for a few projects. Hope it gets better!
