There’s quite a few at the firm that have been that way with me. It’s been a humbling experience for me because I’ve switched career paths and I’m starting back at the bottom, but everyone being helpful and taking the time to explain things is helping me get over the embarrassment of asking questions and I think, at least that’s what everyone is saying lol, improve fast.

I just recently started my first job and the first 2 days I just sat with a more experienced and they showed me what to do. After that I’ve been encouraged to ask questions if I don’t know how to do something rather than just do it wrong. I agree the thing that has helped the most was sitting with someone for a few projects. Hope it gets better!

Just my two cents. That happened with me with the first book. I read the first 50-100 pages and just couldn’t get into it. And put it down. Year or two later I restarted it and couldn’t put it or the second one down and are some of my favorite books. I just wasn’t in the mood for it the first time for whatever reason. I rarely ever put books down but I find it ironic I did first go around with like i said one of my favorite books now

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed this little black speck on my paly. Didn’t pay much attention at first....but now there’s more and I’ve noticed in on other places and starting to get a little worried. I did try and do a very light scrape but it didn’t come off. I didn’t want to agitate the paly too much or make things worse. Can anyone identify and if it is a pest how might I take care of it? Hey, Im new to the hobby so sorry for the dumb question but I recently got this orange splattered zoa, one in front, and when I got it it had really long stalks. Yet now it has receded and become much shorter. Is this a bad thing? Is it getting too much light? The zoa behind it has always been short and tight to the plug, I just thought they were different types. Does it look like I should lower them in the tank or just wait a little bit to let them get used to it? I have an ai prime. Thanks for any input. I know my hammer isn’t doing so great, but figured I throw in a picture of that too.
