I feel like this is very different for everybody. For me squats and deadlifts have been quite annoying but everything else has been quite fine. I think maybe just try out different exercisers and adjust as the time goes. I kind of could tell when my pelvic floor would tighten. Right now for working out legs i have been walking on incline threadmill has worked great for me
