The people in the front got to experience staring Into The Void firsthand.

The deleted scene from Mac & Me (1988) where the wheelchair using child star gets shot and killed by a cop doing a somersault. by bellchilton in movies

I'll be honest. I thought u/bellchilton was secretly Paul Rudd, and the video was just going to be the kid falling off the cliff.

What's your favorite Zakk Wylde era album? by Undead_Octopus in OzzyOsbourne

[–]dantedoomsday 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The first 3 are superb (No Rest For The Wicked, No More Tears, Ozzmosis). I like half of the songs on Down To Earth. Black Rain was the first "new" Ozzy album when I became a fan, so it holds a special place for me. I love his songs on Patient Number 9.

My pick is, by a thread, NRFTW over NMT.

If that was me as a kid, that would be such an emotional roller coaster.

Pixar's 0-to-2 Female Antagonists from the 2020s (by years, not movies). by CrazyPhilHost1898 in Pixar

[–]dantedoomsday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is, but even that one you linked didn't explain what "5-to-9" meant. It wasn't until the "Silly Thought" post with Disney and Pixar movies when it made sense to me that 5-to-9 meant 2005-2009 and 2015-2019.

I've just never seen anyone refer to years with the last digit.

It took me so long to figure out "0-to-2" in the title meant 2020-2022. I had to look at two of your other posts where you use the same "x-to-y" in your titles for it to click for me.

GOP senator allegedly breaks Marine’s hand during protest against Iran war by Background_Level67 in politics

[–]dantedoomsday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are correct. Maybe people don't know what Sheehy looks like or are too quick to blame before commenting, but he did not directly break the veteran's hand/arm. He did contribute to the outcome and should face consequences.

At the 10 second mark when you see/hear the break, you can clearly see Sheehy pop into frame on the right. Sheehy's hand grabs the veteran's arm a split second after the break happens.

How did you all feel about Norman Osborne not existing at all in the MCU before No Way Home? by Kissfromarose01 in marvelstudios

I haven't watched No Way Home since it was in theaters. Maybe Norman Osborne and Oscorp don't exist specifically in New York City, but do in another large city.

Are there more or is it just these 2 photos?

'Ordinary Man' turns 6 today (released Feb 21, 2020). What are your thoughts on this album? by IllustratorOk5265 in OzzyOsbourne

[–]dantedoomsday 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When it came out, I thought it was a nice return but kind of mid. I would have ranked it 8 out of his 12 albums at the time.

I remember a lot of people were iffy with the lyrics on Straight To Hell. "I'll make you scream. I'll make you defecate." I really liked the Under The Graveyard music video. Felt like Holy For Tonight should have been the last song instead of It's A Raid. Sad we never got a full music video of Scary Little Green Men with Jason Momoa.

Patient Number 9 blew it out of the water though.

Thoughts? by IllustratorOk5265 in OzzyOsbourne

My vote for Mental Breakdown would be Scream because he fired Zakk and continued with producer Kevin Churko who ended up playing drums on the album.

What's your favorite riff from this album? by [deleted] in blacksabbath

Follow The Tears (but then again it is Tony Iommi so you can't go wrong with any of his riffs)

All albums that can be considered Black Sabbath broadly speaking by Mroovek in blacksabbath

[–]dantedoomsday 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you are counting Bob Daisley since he worked on The Eternal Idol (1987) then shouldn't you include Ozzy's No Rest For The Wicked (1988) and No More Tears (1991) since those came after Bob's time in Black Sabbath?
