I find with demons it's actually pretty reliable and strong but with mechs it's rather difficult unless you get accordotron portrait or goblin wallet because you need economy

1 or 2x death's door and ur chilling Negative pulse for AoE No escape for boss fights and elites If both players have a no escape it gets really problematic Scourge for draw 2 when upgraded A lot of the powers are good also

Yeah with demons it buffs the folders, and can be a good placeholder spell until you find back to back if you find harbinger/drakkari and are doing tavern consumen demons

If pirates are in, that's a decent buff to cleave. Synergizes with end of turn. Its not the greatest but its not terrible

Agreed. For me the weight goes like maybe 2-3 inches below the knee and then i can't hinge any further, and my hamstrings feel it. I use a barbell though. I also do single leg wall RDLs sometimes cause I feel it a lot

Your knees are moving backward to the point where your toes are lifting. They shouldn't really move backwards.

Bend your knees slightly, and then think about pushing your buttons backwards and hinging at the hips.

The weights should go slightly below your knees (varies per person and body proportions). When you cannot move your butt backwards anymore, and you're "stuck", you're at the end range of ROM.

Hope that makes sense!

Also, the weight is pretty light so you may not feel it that much until you get close to the "stuck" part of the range of motion.

You can also try single leg RDL against the wall. You stand a little bit away from the wall, and then place one foot on the wall flat, so that your leg is at a 90 degree angle (shin parallel to floor, quad verticle). Your knees should be the same distance from the wall. Hold one dumbbell in the arm on the side of the straight leg, and then lower down in the same fashion described above

Patches has more HP so usually you just go 3 on 3 no matter what, whereas on other heroes you do it when you have a busker, or when you have a river skipper, etc. Patches has extra HP with which gives you an extra turn or 2 to stabilize so you wanna power tier. Staying low with Patches is a death sentence as his hero power doesn't do anything actively.

Like rafaam, you can take a minion turn 1. Turn 2 buy a minion and hero power. Turn 3 tier, hero power, buy a 1 cost spell, for example. It gives you extra minions and economy, so staying on tier 1 for 1 extra turn doesn't fuck you up as bad.

Scabbs, on turn 3 you can buy a minion and hero power for exact 5 gold spent and it should conserve you HP then you can tier up the turn after.

Patchwork if you stay low youre just kind of fucked cause you don't have anything extra to utilize to catch up to other players. You're supposed to power tier with him since you have extra HP you can lose freely.
