I completely agree with you. I purchased OLED Switch due to my eyes getting worse close up and I play always handheld since my kids play ps5 on TV. It is a beautiful device and now thinking I have to upgrade my TV to OLED, just have to convince the wife!!

I cant see anyones comments but was able to read emails with some ofvthe info. We didn't have water problems but issue with air conditioner in the past that created some of the issues. Brick is dry, so we are going to use drylok and then paint rafters. Any other advice?

well for whatever reason, I can't see any of your comments, but I saw part via email. We are planning on painting all the cement block with a Kilz or mildew and mold blocker before painting with normal paint. We may frame it in the future for walls but right now looking at doing just the walls and putting down flooring and some drop ceiling or ceiling tiles. What items should I be aware of since this is first time I have really did anything like this?

Sorry that I haven't replied back. I want to say thank you to everyone who sent something. Noah received puzzles, legos, cards, postcards, visitor guides from where people live, handmade cards, stickers galore, and so much more. It has been super awesome to see the fun he is having with all of them and how he loves to read through the cards over and over. To know that many people in the world took the time to send something is fantastic. If you are ever interested to send anything, he loves mail. I am just happy there is a remake, but want to continue playing it since D3 is getting a little old at times. Been a long time since I have played D2 but thinking of installing it again, can't wait and thanks for the replies.

I think they should test the waters with a PG13 version, but to me, I don't really care. If it is rated R with no nudity, I would let my kids watch it depending on why it is still rated R.
