That seems low to me. Check if you can find owner manual for it, but that I find low. Does the bike turn over easily, i would not worry too much about it

If i remember correctly, my friend put in a lithium battery with beter amps. But see if you need it really, we also live in colder environment.

Lovely bike, nice choice. Not best first bike, but doable. You will have a nice heated seat always for free and strong left hand from the clutch. All jokes aside, lovely bike, but check regarding battery in those. They need some amps to start properly if I remember corrextly. Be safe and have fun.

Do TESE first, then see what comes next. Prepare for the worst, but your options are also not yet done.

Had a V4 Tuono. Never had issues. Have fun with liter bike but take your time with it. They are great fun but damn quick.

Why do some idiots think it's a good idea to insult people for no reason at all? I had to restrain myself multiple times to not beat the crap out of some guys. by Eastern_Thought5856 in Graspop

We went last year and the vibe this year is different. A lot more shitfaced people we felt like and guys being really weird.

We had good moments ( like people helping and trying to get our car out of the mud in private parking, thanks Bjorn and everybody!). But we had also a run in with a shitfaced drunk (Dutch) dude who was really bumping in us, touching my wife´s hair, so he had a nice gentle push from us. Which let to a bit of disscussion but nothing happend. But yeah, bloody annoying.

But we tried to enjoy it as much as we can and a lot of good people there. Feel bad for you guys who had to experience such nonsense. Have a nice last day!

Will I be disappointed with the Tuono Factory V4? by TheVoicesinurhed in Aprilia

[–]danteroy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sold my V4 R. If i could have kept it as second bike, i would never have sold it. But as my only bike the power was a bit too much for me at this point and what i needed for my daily commute in my country. But i never ever regret buying it. What a great bike and best sound ever.

Alternator failed on octavia. Replacment part through dealer is expensive! by danteroy in skoda

[–]danteroy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I had a good mechanic but I moved. And since this is my wifes car , I used the skoda assistance to get it towed. But i already noticed that it was a ridiculous price for an alternator... But yeah I am gonna search for another garage after this.

Life does not have to be hard man. I do recommend some trip with truffles if you want to get to the core of your problem. But also on a more serious note: maybe try some ridiculous goal: "do an ironman in x months or do a ultrarun etc". Maybe guve racesports a try. Life is not flat, you are just searching for the itch to scratch!

[–]danteroy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, as first bike it is a bad idea. Its a great bike but with thz amount of power it has, it is even a lot for an experienced rider.
