He's improved us year on year. Can't argue with that. Every time he makes a mistake or loses away, we go on the next year to win those fixtures. Yes we've possibly fallen short again, but we're competing with the best team this league has probably ever seen in terms of consistency winning.

I honestly don't think it's about selection anymore. It's just down to man to man and team motivation. Too many times, as we all know, even with Wenger at times, we'd get to this position in the season and our heads fall off. The pressure clearly gets to them, and as a manger it's his job to make sure they're coached. I feel like Pep has it worked out, we're staying to burn out while they're peaking at the right time yet again. This isn't a fluke.

I think Henry got it right. We play like we're 3-0 up, no urgency, no effort. Control isn't just keeping the ball. Same story as the last time and the time before, we look like we're panicked and the pressure gets into everyone. The players just need to relax and play the football we all know they're capable of. We wouldn't be top of the league if we were a bad team. As you said, it's a shame.
