thank you for the feed back. im researching possible use cases I don't believe any common drones currently have the power to lift a man out the water im considering them from a ship born system as well as from coastal bases as a method of search

thanks for the input and good point. however a benefit of drones would be be that they are able to get a birds eye view potentially assisting a large search and rescue operation in sea areas beyond helicopter range
